The front of this store is poorly laid out now with the automated kiosks. It needs organization. After having something wrong 6 our of 8 times giving this place a try I am quite done visiting this location.
Online pick up orders are NEVER on time. I have shown up 3-4 minutes after the time they were supposed to be ready according to the website and I still wait around for another 5 minutes.
I joined my former work colleagues for a nice lunch and conversation. The service was quick and the food is healthy and tasty. I appreciate that I'm not being assailed with television screens and can actually have a conversation.
Fairly typical Panera, although it lacks the warmth of others I've visited. Carpeted floors rather than hardwood, cheap seating and tables, etc. The best ones I've seen even have fireplaces that make you want to linger longer and relax. I view this as more "eat and move on quickly", rather than one where you feel very comfortable.
This is the worst run Panera Bread by far. 75% of the time they mess up something on my order. My two friends ordered their food after me and it took them 10 minutes longer after my friends got their food for me to get a simple caesar salad that was supposed to not have dressing and only olive oil, they still messed this up. 9.5$ for lettuce and some chicken (even forgot the croutons), so overpriced for the quality.

Panera is where I buy my bread, its much better than the Market Basket bakery. They have decent bagels, not New York quality but as good as you get in New England. The challah is also good as is the sourdough.
For the 2nd and last time, sandwich was made with mayo, even though I informed the cashier "no mayo, due to allergy". Took to-go order only to find mayo on sandwich. When called to complain, was told I somehow failed to order correctly!
