The owner, Gary Stanley, is an honest, straight shooting businessman who backs his work to the hilt. After a catastrophic failure of my car on I-495, we wound up in his shop on a Sunday night. Monday morning, when he opened, I spoke to him on the phone and in 1.5 days he had us on the way again. And when the OEM part that he installed failed a couple of days later resulting in another visit to another shop in another state, he made good on the additional repair. I have been getting my 2 SUVs serviced or repaired at Gary's ever since we moved to Westford. He is one of the most honest persons I have met. Very upfront and to the point person. His crew is as pleasant as him. They do a very thorough and professional work and I highly recommend them.
Gary is a very honest and fair businessman. I have been bringing my Volvo to him for service since 2012 and have never been disappointed. The work is always done professionally, in a timely manner and at a fair price. Gary is very good about communicating any issues that are found and any options that are available in proceeding with the repair. I give International Auto my highest recommendation without hesitation or reservation. A great place to do business with a personal touch.
