Trustworthy and upfront about what my son needs done. I love that there isn't a push to do work if it isn't the right thing for his situation. I would recommend Dr. Steve and Katie any day!!!
We have been with RTO for over a year now. We continue to pleased with our decision to go with them to help our son. The staff is so warm and welcome. They always have a smile on their face. They efficient and so helpful in answering all my questions.
First visit was great. The kids really ,the video games. I enjoyed the coffee. The place was buzzing so we did have to wait a while, but the staff were very attentive. Dr. Jay was terrific, he explained everything and made sure the kids were comfortable with the procedures he had suggested. My oldest son got his top braces on (complete with custom color bands) right then at the first appointment. They are actually looking forward to their next visit!
Great initial consult with both my children. I appreciate that they will share info (x-rays) back to the kids' dentist. Their efficiency, hours, and expertise were much appreciated - I can see why RTO came highly recommended by my friends. (we have not begun treatment - but needed a consult to iron out plans for flex spending for 2018. They were great)
We are about 6 months into our experience with Reichheld Ting Orthodontics. We are very pleased so far. It's very easy to set up appointments. We are never kept waiting. The doctors/assistants explain every visit fully to both me and my son. The office is very nice, very clean, and the staff professional. We drive 30 minutes to get to this office because we'd heard positive reviews- it's worth the drive. We haven't been disappointed.
