Lousy service. Asked for a UPS envelope and was refused. I haven't had this happen elsewhere.
I forgot to seal my package and asked them if I can use their tape. They said I need to buy one for $3.5. I had to go back home and taped my package.
Really friendly service. And they are open early than other UPS stores. Thank you!
I am shocked and disappointed on how my package came yesterday. It was 4 days late and the box was all messed up. So i took a picture. Apprently you people don't care about anyone stuff but your own. How disappointing.
This is the worst UPS I have ever been to. I went there yesterday to ship a package with a pre-printed label and all I asked was to use their TAPE and the guy at the counter said that using their tape was going to cost me $2. I can get a roll of tape for cheaper than that. SO apparently, its their "STORE POLICY".
