Not enough parking, especially leading up to Thanksgiving but we pretty much always find what we need and the prices are very good. Staff is very helpful in finding things, cashiers and baggers are friendly and efficient.
Great prices.. I could easily bump this up to 5 stars if your deli meats were a little better and MORE employees.. The ones you have are great... Good personalities. Friendly.knowledgeable. just...not enough of them.. The place is a madhouse most of the time. But otherwise best grocery in mass
Wouldn't shop anywhere else. Service there is second to none. Not to mention the owner who is a class individual. Keep up the great work Market Basket! Also Westford Market Basket is very clean.
Big clean store. Good selection. Friendly employees and great customer service. The only con is the crowded parking lot
It's not one of the mega Market Baskets but it's still a large store with everything you need. The prepared and bakery section is great and personally think a tad better than some of the other locations. The store is also well organized and kept very clean.
