Everything about this hotel is nice. The staff are nice. The rooms are nice. The breakfast is nice. Only minor things bring this to 4 stars. Small exercise room, no healthy snacks, etc. Overall though a really nice place to stay
The staff were very good, rooms were clean including bathroom and kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Only thing that would have been GOOD TO HAVE were complimentary water bottle, slip-ons, dental kit, shower cap. There is a mini market to buy stuff but a bit overpriced which was expected. Liked our stay over all.
My wife and I stayed here for five nights. It was the perfect place to stay with a rental car and go out and explore New England. Rooms were clean and staff was nice. Also, to my surprise, they had free breakfast in the mornings. *** Tamm at the front desk was amazing and extremely hospitable. Made us feel at home and want to visit again! ***
The front desk service is what makes this place shine. Great options for entertainment on the TV, including Netflix. Love that the rooms all have full kitchens. The building itself is on the older end, and due for a remodeling to keep up with the newer Marriotts in the area. Main downsides are that the quality of work from housekeeping is very inconsistent, and they also removed their hot tub.
Rooms are clean and spacious. Has a shuttle for specific destinations (tech offices). Staff is down to earth and helpful. Rooms/fixtures are a little dated but completely functional. A bit crowded and loud when I was there due to vacationers -- it's a great value for a family stay spot assuming you have a car. The location is a minor inconvenience but there are some things located near the hotel, walking distance choices are very limited. Ultimately a good value for the proximity to many tech offices, the Residence Inn "In the Mix" options leave something to improve on at this location content wise, but that's a corporate problem, the staff working the evening 6-7:30 events were stellar.
