Went into the store to pick up lunch, stood at the front for 10 minutes before walking out without any food. Not one employee spoke to me, greeted me, or even said they would be a moment before someone could take our order. Four people were behind the counter, each one of them made eye contact with us. Not one of them said anything. Not a damn word. We were the only two people standing there.

Left and got Panera down the street. Will not be returning to this location, ever. Worst customer service experience of my life. Lesson learned, just get Panera.
