Beautiful butterflies, but we are not likely to go back or recommend.

This is such a neat place! Gorgeous Butterflies everywhere. Must bring your camera for some closeup shots. Theres also some Beautiful birds flying around. Warning though the room is kept extremely WARM/HOT and humid for the Butterflies. I went in the wintertime and had to take off my layers of clothes cause I was ready to pass out! Lol

The one issue I came across was when a butterfly landed on my hand, a staff member came up to me and sternly said I wasn't allowed to touch and I can't put them on my skin. It landed on me...I didn't put it on me not was I touching it minus where my skin was making contact with it where it landed. I asked what to do to get it off since this wasn't okay. She wasn't much help with that. She was a little short and rude. I'm sure it's out of care for the butterflies, though.

The butterflies are beautiful and well-kept but it's very small. We went on a Friday morning and there were families and school groups all packed into a fairly small greenhouse. With this in mind, I think the admission price is a little high. We didn't stay more than 15 minutes because it was so crowded and my son was getting anxious. $21 gone fast.

Great place to bring your grandkids once they're 6+ years old. There is a lot of wonder in this place for both kids and adults. Butterflies land on you while you are walking thru the path or sitting on one of the benches. Great place to bring the whole family.

The price is a little high, but you can get a museum pass from your library if you live locally that helps with the price. With all of the maintenance I'm sure they can't help but to have a high price.

Took a group of 9 kids, from ages 4-14 and everyone of them loved it! Its an enchanting place! Lots to learn if you want to do that, or you can just enjoy the magical butterflies floating about. Some of them even land on u, but ur not allowed to touch them. Be forewarned tho- even in very chilly march its extremely warm and humid in there. Optimal temps for butterflies. A lovely place. I highly recommend it

Bring your camera or phone to take pictures! I got amazing shots.

Also, it would be helpful if the employees in the butterfly area wore something identifying them as such. A man following us around and talking to my son made me nervous until I asked if he was an employee and he confirmed that he was.

I recommend going at least once if you live nearby or are vacationing in the area, especially if you have kids. It's beautiful inside. Very calm. Nice music playing. A variety of beautiful butterflies.
