Unfortunately, like most realtors, they are unethical. I fell in love with a house, did some research on it myself, and was disappointed to find they did not disclose information that made me pull out of the deal. Fortunatley I did not lose any money. I have since learned others have had similar experiences. If you work with them please do your research. Good Luck.
