I had to wait an hour for my massage therapist to arrive for our scheduled appointment. I had arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork (it was my first time) and then she ended up being 45 minutes late to the appointment itself. I also was not thrilled with the massage, I have had much better, more soothing and therepeutic massages elsewhere. She could not manage her time properly on the various sections of my body (rushed at the end) and midway through the massage she realized she had entirely forgotten to turn on the heated table. I didn't know the table was heated, so instead of requesting it to be turned on I had been lying there with goosebumps because the air conditioning was chilly. Overall: Not impressed! They weren't very apologetic about the time delay, either. That's an hour of my time that could have been spent back at work or running errands, being productive. I think that the level of inconsiderateness is what disappoints me the most...and they didn't even offer to re-book the appointment, I was expected to wait.
This place is so wonderful! Very clean and inviting. The front desk people are very sweet and helpful with making you feel comfortable and special. The massage was perfect, very relaxing and rejuvenating. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
I left my massage feeling 110% better than when I originally walked through the doors. My massage therapist used excellent technique, VERY professional and checked in to make sure I was satisfied throughout the session. The front staff were very welcoming and polite. The atmosphere of the studio is clean. I definitely reccommend the Westford location to anyone looking for a positive and changing experience!
I cannot say enough about Kristine in both a professional and personal manner. Personally she is very friendly, has a pleasant demeanor and just overall wonderful attitude. Professionally she takes the time to ask about if there are any areas that may require extra attention, inquires if she is applying the proper pressure and overall, ensures my complete satisfaction.
