This place is concerned with billing your insurance as much as possible and making sure you stay in the Lowell General Network. Under no circumstances will they allow referrals to any doctor outside of the LGH network even if you have been seeing that specialist for years. That is not providing the best health care possible, thats being greedy. Not to mention the place closes for an hour in the middle of the day and you need to wait in the hall while the staff eats lunch.

This is the lowest rating I could give them... it should be ZERO. I was there with a terrible cough and very sick. The Dr. said it was allergies told me to get over the counter meds. 2 DAYS LATER I am in the hospital with pneumonia!!! VERY sick, the Dr's at the hospital could not believe it was not diagnosed two days prior!!!
