Two stars just for a single good doctor there.
I called later that day (still Thursday) and another person found the new lab work order that had been there since yesterday as I had previously confirmed with my PCP!! I wasted a trip, my time, gas and car wear and tear.
Terrible service! They take fees for late coming but make the patients wait for 30+ minutes at Pediatrics with a little child! When they are asked to fax the records to another hospital/doctor they say: "Sure! will do it immediately" But they don't do it neither immediately nor in an hour. We had to call them several times for the fax and they always asked for the same information including fax number!
This office is disorganized and incompetent. Shameful. Will they ever improve? Doubtful.
52 minutes wait at the lab for routine bloodwork. no smile, stuck me and caused bruising. very unprofessional
The next morning (a Thursday) I went for the test. The woman could not find the order. Instead she found a previous order that I had already competed. Luckily I questioned it, otherwise it would have been needlessly repeated.
My primary care physician ("PCP") had ordered some blood work on a Wednesday to be performed at Emerson in Westford. I confirmed with my PCP on that Wednesday afternoon that Emerson in Westford had the order.
Great facility. Convenient location for Westford residents.
