This is a standard Chipotle as far as food quality and selection, ambiance and crowd. However this is the SLOWEST counter service you can find at a Chipotle, and I've been here and experienced it many times. Without fail there are not enough people working the food line and/or they work at a snail's pace. Don't even bother trying to get in and out of this place during the lunch or dinner hours. For example, it's currently 7:45pm and I've been in line for 15 minutes. It isn't even a rush anymore! Two tables are occupied. All the guests here are just waiting, waiting in line.
Been coming here a few times a week since it opened. Service in the early days was an absolute machine. Moved people through quickly and politely. Long lines but took 5 minutes to get through. Those days are long gone, unfortunately. Understaffed. Slow. Come on a Saturday night and they've got 1 guy serving. What happened? Lines are a lot shorter now as people get wise to the change in service quality, so that helps me. But bad for them, of course. Its almost like Chipotle has an A team that they send in to get a new location rocking, and then withdraw when they think they've gotten people hooked. Hire some people, Westford Chipotle. Many customers walking out the door after investing 10 minutes waiting in a static line!
Reliable. Friendly people. Could be cleaner dining area. Plenty of parking.
The line ingredients looked old and dry.. The veggies were old, soggy and brown and the server was agitated because I asked for fresh guacamole. I love Chipotle and this store just didn't care what the line of food looked like. Just sad.. I will definitely choose a different location from now on
Waited in line with my daughter and sat here for 24 minutes watching six employees in the back do nothing while one girl in front made the food, very discombobulated service, the beans look like they have been sitting out for hours the steak had a funny taste to it unfortunately a really bad time to come in. We literally watched a bunch of employees sit around and stare at the long line and do nothing. Not impressed!!!
