The owner was very knowledgeable about fish and gave an impromptu and informative demo on how to efficiently clean a tank. I had purchased several fish weeks ago, and two more the other day. We talked about what fish I would purchase next, as we built up the population in our tank. He asked me to write a review based on my experience.

Family owned business. Knowledgeable about a large variety of pets including snakes, spiders, and fish. Not your typical box store experience.
One of the two more recently purchased fish died within hours. I called the store and the owner offered to test our tank water, but refused to replace the fish. I pointed out that all of our other fish were dong well. He responded that it wasn't his fault that the fish died. I wasn't implying that, just thought he'd stand behind his product. He said he doesn't replace fish unless they are also dying at the store. Remarkably, another pet store close by replaced the fish, even knowing that I had not initially purchased it there. Game changer. Wish things had turned out differently with Pets Pets Pets. Sadly, our relationship and the deceased fish ended up taking the same journey.

A lot of all-natural and exotic pet stuff, and it's good to support local businesses, but I'll be looking elsewhere. The man I'm guessing is the owner was polite at first but then was very rude to my friend all of a sudden. Was thinking of buying something and immediately changed my mind. I'd rather pay someone who doesn't threaten people out of the store.
