Went to return Verizon fios router and they didn't greet me even though I asked them how are you doing? He threw the router in the box and walked away. I was like thank you and left.
The staff is very helpful, when I went to the store to get the Set top box and router there was some issue with the system, sales rep called customer service which did not resolve the issue so the owner of the store jumped in and resolved the problem. He also made sure that I got everything I needed and knew how to setup the devices
One of the best service experience and I was surprised that the employees didn't try to sell me anything which I didn't need. Def recommended.
Employee are more than happy to assist and are very knowledgeable
